The 2020s are marked by fundamental change: away from purely physical construction and traditional infrastructure management – toward a consistent “digital first” approach.
In an increasingly digital world, it is essential to make data available where it creates real added value. The visualization of sensor data, the digital mapping of construction processes, and the optimization of workflows open up completely new possibilities. Extended reality (XR) technologies—the collective term for virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), and mixed reality (MR)—play a key role in this.
Our expertise
Digitization
Precise representation of the real world using state-of-the-art technologies. The use of scanners, surveying techniques, and intelligent modeling creates accurate digital twins.
- Use Cases:
- Digital trenches
- Digital asset management
- Scan-to-BIM
Automation
Work faster and more efficiently by using AI, algorithms, and image recognition. Assets are automatically captured and processed in real time in the background.Optimization
Sensors and big data analytics provide deep insights into the condition and use of infrastructure. Maintenance becomes predictive rather than periodic, reducing costs and increasing operational reliability.- Use Cases:
Name of the app / apps
Digital platform & app: In Control
In Control is Allinq Digital’s central app and platform for clear and understandable 3D visualization of underground network infrastructures.
In Control gives users a complete overview of the quality and location of networks—during the construction phase and beyond. The result: full transparency, maximum control, and accelerated processes.
The app is intuitive to use and works with iPhone and iPad.
What I do with the app
Key features
- Direct and highly accurate measurements during construction
- Automatic creation of revision drawings
- Precise depth measurement
- Central 3D overview of all assets on one platform
The documented data provides objective proof of quality (“black on white”) and significantly reduces discussions, rework, and errors. This results in:
- Faster billing and improved cash flow
- Fewer repairs and damage claims
- Lower downtime and follow-up costs
The app is intuitive to use and works with iPhone and iPad.
Offering in combination with viDoc® / viDoc® light
In Control in combination with viDoc / viDoc light
In Control supports viDoc technology. Combining an iPhone or iPad with viDoc hardware enables precise scanning and the creation of detailed point clouds.
The scanned data can be imported directly into In Control and automatically processed into revision drawings.
The API interface also allows data to be integrated into external applications.
Based on the information collected, In Control provides meaningful reports and analyses – valuable for:
- Planning future construction and excavation work
- Modernizing existing infrastructure
- Making informed, data-based decisions
Evaluation
Evaluation In Control
Provides digital 3D documentation for geolocation and data processing of infrastructure components (such as underground pipes and network nodes).
Hardware for data collection: iPad Pro, iPhone Pro, and (optional) viDoc
Offline use of the hardware is possible. The data is protected.
Hardware devices are managed by the user as standard; other options such as rental can be discussed.
There are individual login options on the hardware so that multiple users can use the same hardware.
The platform is based on an open API architecture and enables connection to engineering systems and GEO platforms. All data is accessible via APIs.
In addition to the formats .shape, .pdf, .png, and .xlsx, it is also possible to process Geo-Json and .dwg formats.
Hardware and software can be used quickly and independently.
On the platform, the site manager can track the differences between progress, design, and how it was built.
Photos and comments can be entered.
Target group & benefits
In Control – the digital solution for contractors
In Control maps underground infrastructure clearly, precisely, and in real time. Using GPS, LiDAR, and other intelligent technologies, it accurately records the location and status of cables and pipes.
Your added value:
- Reduction of inaccuracies
- Time and cost savings
- Significantly accelerated revision process
- Higher quality, productivity, and efficiency
